To help with diagnosis and subsequent treatment please bring the following:
  • Referrals e.g. Veteran’s Affairs (D904 Form), EPC or Care Plan Management Forms or Oatley Podiatry Referral from your health professional. (It is not necessary to have a referral to see the Podiatrist)
  • List of your current medication (including dosage and times taken)
  • Results of any investigations (eg. X-rays, MRI or pathology reports)
  • Your most commonly worn shoes e.g. work/sports shoes
  • Appropriate clothing


Payment

All fees to be paid at time of consultation unless prior arrangement made.

Cash, cheque, Visa, Mastercard, EFTPOS and HICAPS are accepted.

Sterilisation

All instruments are sterilized using autoclaves in accordance with NSW Health. All sterilization protocol used at Oatley Podiatry are to the NSW Health and Australian Standards. You can rest assured that your health is our number one priority.

All instruments are cleaned after use with ultrasonic cleaners.

All instruments are individually sealed, bagged and batch recorded.
